The XXIII Session of the Scientists SMKN
is a continuation of the long-standing tradition of meetings, which aims to exchange views in the field of food and nutrition sciences and to integrate young scientists from the country and the world. It is also an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences among the scientific staff and representatives of the food industry. This year's leading topic of the Session includes the whole area of research related to food in the context of both traditional technologies and modern methods of food processing.
We hope that this year's Session will meet the expectations of the participants and become a forum for the exchange of scientific experiences, as well as contribute to the further integration of the environment related to the sciences about food and nutrition.

Organization of the Session:
During the session the plenary lectures, oral communications, poster sessions as well as exhibitions will take place. Abstracts of plenary lectures and scientific presentations will be published in conference proceedings. The full text of the papers, after obtaining a positive review, will be published in the scientific monograph. We anticipate awards for the best reports in the form of a free publication in journals: FOOD. Science. Technology.
